How to use

Unfold the slicer and place the collection container underneath on a stable surface.
Select the required thickness or cutting mode before adding food.
Trim the ingredient so it sits securely in the holder.
Keep hands on the press-down handle and away from the blade area.
Press repeatedly until the ingredient is sliced into the container.
Use the supplied brush around the blade, then rinse and dry the detached parts.

I just tried it.
It seems sturdy and, above all, offers good security.

Haven’t used it yet but it looks well made.

Good quality, very satisfied so far. Definitely a great deal for the price.

The device itself seems stable and works (tested so far with plums and potatoes) very well and quickly.
The stepless adjustment of the disc thickness is great.
The cleaning is also good, as the components can be easily disassembled and then thoroughly rinsed.
It remains to be seen how long the spring that pushes the planer back up will hold. At some point, the metal blade will probably become dull and render the device useless without a replacement.
The plastic stopper that you use to press the cut vegetables into the device has many small plastic tips for securing the vegetables. I immediately removed these completely after some of them broke off during the first use and disappeared somewhere in the food. If the stopper was inserted too far, the blade may have picked up small pieces of plastic into the food.
But fundamentally, first of all, a good device with suction cups on the feet for a small amount of money!
